Notice of Waiting List: Dunbar Tower Apartments are located at 121 Catherine, Downtown Ann Arbor. AAHC accepted wait list applications between October 1^st at 10 am and Oct 7^th at 4:00 pm, for 31 one-bedroom apartments. After the waiting list is closed, AAHC will remove duplicate applications, incomplete applications, & families who exceed the 2-person occupancy limit. No later than October 24^th, we will randomly select 200 households that meet the income requirement, artist, and Washtenaw County resident/employee preferences to be on the Dunbar Tower wait list. No later than October 31^st, AAHC will notify all households whether they were selected to be on the 200-household wait list or not. Applicants not placed on the wait list may reapply when the list reopens.
